Trulite announced the acquisition of Insulite Glass, headquartered in Olathe, Kansas, with an additional facility in Pacific, Missouri.
This transaction aims to strengthen Trulite’s market position as a leading player in the North American glass and aluminum fabrication market and reflects Trulite's continued commitment to geographical and portfolio expansion, say officials.
Trulite is investing further in Insulite’s operations with a focus on expanding product offerings and driving complementary growth opportunities to strengthen its market position.
