Adding to its foam insert cavity-labeling capabilities, Smith Case’s EVA foam overlay offers a cleaner, more durable application with numerous possibilities. For custom foam inserts designed around presentation tools, integrated overlays can be printed and bonded to the top of the foam insert prior to processing. Each part cavity can be labeled, and usable QR codes, tagline information and more can be printed. A charcoal base color is standard, but additional color options are available.

EDTM’s Glass-Chek Elite GC3200 measures a window’s glass and air space thickness, and identifies the surface location and type of low-emissivity coating. The ELITE can also identify laminated glass and measure the inner-layer thickness of the lamination. The graphical display illustrates the window profile, labeling each glass surface, and simplifying the window construction and low-e location. The GC3200’s ability to store recent measurements in its memory saves time in the field. If users replace any windows in the field, the GC3200 can eliminate thickness mistakes, and it helps to ensure users are replacing the window with the same type of low-e coating that is being removed.
