Window wall
YKK AP's YWW 60 XT Window Wall is designed to meet the most stringent thermal requirements. Ideal for mid-to-high rise building applications, it accommodates higher structural loads and up to 12-foot mullion spans.
It features a U-factor of 0.36 BTU/HR/SF with a COG of 0.29 with standard one-inch glass. Thermal performance is enhanced by 40 mm polyamide isostruts, along with YKK AP’s patented ThermaBond Plus® technology. It offers:
Pre-glazed or field-glazed;
Inside or Outside Glazed;
Captured, 2, 3, or 4-sided SSG configurations;
Dual-finish capability;
Large glazing pocket to accommodate one-inch insulating glass or 1-5/16-inch insulating laminated glass for enhanced acoustical performance;
2 ½-inch sightline for pre-glazed and field-glazed options;
Fully re-glazeable from the interior or exterior, depending on the preferred configuration; and,

Reflection Window and Wall earned a public Listing# STI/BPF 180-02 for its notched curtain wall system, the UWall U8000. The U8000 assembly underwent an exhaustive fire-testing process, without glass or other infills, conducted by Intertek Laboratories and overseen by Specified Technologies Inc. This peer-reviewed public listing proves RWW’s cladding system can be used in glass applications.

They include everything from unitized curtain wall to custom storefronts, skylights and more. Company officials also say that all warranties on existing manufactured projects will be honored based on the terms of Pilkington’s warranty.

Accommodating 50-millimeter glazing panels, the new 3450 Series expands the Lightwall offering to four standard products plus customizable options. The system is lightweight, easy to install and backed with a 10-year warranty.

CW250P Curtain wall
Gamco Corp.’s new CW250P, the improved version of its 2 1/2-inch sightline aluminum curtain wall system, provides significantly better thermal performance than its predecessor, say officials. Utilizing a state-of-the-art polyamide structural pressure bar that creates an effective thermal break, the new curtain wall delivers 20 percent U-value improvement and, with certain insulating glass packages, is capable of U-values as low as 0.34 or 0.21.
