GGI Promotes Three Employees

General Glass International (GGI) promoted several employees.

Spencer Raymond, Director of Business Development

The company promoted Spencer Raymond to director of business development. Raymond brings more than 16 years’ experience to his new role and has served the company successfully in multiple positions, including his most recent responsibilities as product manager for the company. Raymond will continue to play a significant role in the company’s sales growth and the development of new products and services.

Christopher Puzio, Regional Accounts Manager

Christopher Puzio was recently appointed regional accounts manager. Puzio was hired by GGI in 2015 as the sample glass coordinator for the marketing department. He advanced to architectural sales and has become a key member of the fabrication division sales team. In his new role, Puzio will be responsible for managing sales growth in the Mid-Atlantic region, including Maryland, Virginia, Delaware and Pennsylvania.

Sahar Miller, Manager of Customer Service and Estimating

Sahar Miller has been promoted to manager of customer service and estimating. Miller joined the company as a custom service representative in 2015. She was promoted to customer service supervisor in 2021 and has been instrumental in expanding and developing the customer service team, say company officials.

In her new role, Miller will provide guidance to the customer service and estimating teams to ensure GGI achieves the highest level possible when it comes to sales support and customer service.
