Element13 Facades, a new glass and glazing subcontractor located in Denver, officially launched as of Sept. 6, 2019. Element13 Facades will service clients not only in the Denver metro area but all along the front range, from Colorado Springs to Fort Collins.
The company specializes in the furnish and installation of storefronts, curtain walls, window walls, aluminum storefront and all glass doors, louvers, glass handrail and sunshades, among other products. The company plans to enter the metal wall panel market in Denver as well, and will become MBE certified through the City and County of Denver in Q1 2020.
The leadership team includes Jason Nimmo, president, and Brad Holt, vice president.
Nimmo has been in the glazing industry since 1999 and most recently, served as senior project manager for Harmon Inc. and director of operations for Alliance Glazing.
“Element13 Facades is founded on the principles of relationships and culture, both internally and externally,” says Nimmo. “Brad and I have a keen focus on people—after all, the construction industry is people-centric. We launched this business to be something different, something new and refreshing. Our differentiator is centered upon nurturing existing relationships and building new ones through our six core elements—R.I.S.E. U.P.”
Holt previously worked for Walters & Wolf in Phoenix and Alliance Glazing Technologies. He has served as estimator, regional preconstruction manager, and project manager throughout the years.
“Jason and I are extremely excited about this opportunity and challenge ahead of us,” says Holt. “We have both been blessed to be surrounded by many industry leaders, previous mentors, and extremely smart and talented colleagues throughout our careers. We look to continue our previous relationships and build upon new ones.”
