Press Glass Inc. has completed the installation of its third LiteSentry Osprey system within its Virginia facility. The recent addition marks the fourth Osprey installation across its U.S. facilities.
About the new system
The LiteSentry Osprey 10 Complete is a solution for tempering quality inspection, known for its precision in detecting glass distortions and ensuring optimal flatness along with anisotropy inspection. The Press Glass Virginia plant has integrated the Osprey system to maintain rigorous quality control across its production lines.
The new Osprey 10 Complete was installed in the fall of 2024, with LiteSentry-SoftSolution's teams providing the setup and calibration.
