Low-E removal

The machinery allows users to automatically pre-set a 'zero' procedure for diamond and resin wheels, without glass, in less than one minute. In addition, the machine allows for the automatic recovery of polishing wheel wear, and automatic positioning of wheel replacement. Lattuada Robotic Solution from Adelio Lattuada Srl

Adelio Lattuada Srl will exhibit its robotic solution at GlassBuild America. The equipment features customizable vacuum suction cups with the Venturi system, as well as flexibility to allow for joint processing of differing size glass lites with minimum distance between them. The machine automatically measures the glass so that pre-setting glass size is not required, and requires one operator only. The robotic solution also allows for automatic speed adjustment, and offers the option of integrating with other machines. According to company officials, the robotic solution offers users higher productivity and continuous quality assurance, with low maintenance requirements. Booth #2749.
