It can drill, countersink, mill quickly with high precision, and execute notches and portholes on flat glass sheets with dimensions of up to 63 by 118 inches. The entire Quick series is customizable.

Users of the Integrated Automation Systems AutoRack1 can rack and un-rack from horizontal
and vertical lines anywhere in the operation. Users will be able to rack and un-rack gently and consistently at a rate of more than 2,500 units per shift, according to the company. On horizontal lines, the AutoRack1 indexer can be extended after racking so units can be cooled, gas-filled and closed, achieving one-piece flow. AutoRack1 reduces handling damage, thanks to a rack design that makes it nearly impossible to scratch glass in combination with the company’s automated process that consistently and gently racks and un-racks glass.
