GAA-500-90 by Scotchman Industries

The GAA-500-90 is a large capacity upcut automatic saw for cutting non-ferrous materials at 90 degrees up to 6 inches square and round. The saw uses a shuttle feed design with an adjustable vertical and horizontal clamp system to fit almost any profile. Part lengths are held to the length tolerance of +/- 0.006-inch per index. Add the drill/tap 20-millimeter option for the ability to drill and tap holes up to 20 millimeters. Booth #451

The SUP-600NF Upcut Circular Cold Saw is designed for cutting non-ferrous material. It features a 24-inch, 132-tooth carbide blade that can produce round cuts up to 8 inches in diameter and rectangular cuts up to 15 by 6 inches. Coupled with the company's AngleMaster measuring system, it creates a semi-automatic programmable saw system that can automatically rotate to any cut angle, pushes material into the saw and automatically rotates to the next desired angle. Features include a dual bobbin system and two belts that automatically adjust the tension due to product variations. Spacer is automatically applied to squares and rectanges; shaped glass dimensional information is obtained through a built-in shape scanner or manual input.
