between-the-glass automated micro-shade

Warm-edge spacer
Designed for use in structural silicone glazing (SSG) applications, the black sidewall of the Technoform SP25 spacer reduces the chance of steel visibility where there is not full coverage of the sidewall by primary polyisobutylene (PIB) sealant. The new black sidewall spacer enhances aesthetics, allowing fabricators to ensure consistency of color at the edge, while achieving optimal thermal performance and durability. SP25’s spacer solution maintains the same high performance and durability as other Technoform PHSS solutions.

IGU sealer
ACTIVE’SEALER is an efficient yet economical machine designed for automated insulating glass (IG) sealing. With a sealing speed of up to 30 meters per minute, it caters to glass processors who primarily produce double IG units, offering them a reasonable solution without compromising on quality. Processing triple units is also possible.
Optionally, the machine offers the flexibility to seal shaped formats according to the shape catalog. It comes with an optional 5-meter-long run-out conveyor equipped for the safe removal of heavy insulating glass units. Individual customization of the transport sections is also an option.
ACTIVE’SEALER features a user-friendly and intuitive graphical interface. It is available in three configurations: Light (max. 2.8 x 3.5 m), Standard (max. 2.8 x 4.0 m) and Extended (max. 2.8 x 5.0 m).
