Glaz-Tech Industries has successfully acquired the assets of Tomakk Glass Partners in Shreveport, LA. With this acquisition, Glaz-Tech is better positioned to serve its customers by providing a broader range of innovative, energy-efficient glass products and exceptional service.
Expansion of product lines and future growth
With this acquisition, Glaz-Tech will significantly expand its product line by introducing innovative glass products such as low-emissivity, tinted, laminated and mirrored glass.
This acquisition not only enhances its product offerings but also allows the comapny to better serve the needs of the Shreveport market and its surrounding areas. Glaz-Tech is eager to expand its outreach and continue its growth during a time when the market faces numerous challenges related to product availability, energy efficiency, and fabrication capabilities.
Over the past five years Clay Hargett and Scott Hoffman have built the Tomakk Glass business. Moving forward, Hoffman will assume the role of General Manager at Glaz-Tech Industries, while Hargett will take on the role of Sales Manager and Product Development.
