Cutting tables
GED Integrated Solutions offers the CleanCut family, including the rapid CleanCut 1800 Series and the CleanCut 1700 Series cutting tables. Both cutting tables combine patented technologies in hardware and software.
The CleanCut 1800 Series, like the 1700 Series, includes a cutting-only model and an edge deletion and cutting model. Both models include enhanced speed, updated technical features, and increased throughput while maintaining the options manufacturers want when selecting a glass processing system.
The single bridge cutting table, with its proprietary edge deletion head option, offers a flexible system that can be tailored to meet specific needs and budget. It allows for field modifications to add the deletion head if required. This system features programmable cutting and deletion force with electro-pneumatic actuation, delivering precise pressure for each glass stock, reducing glass waste due to breakage, and improving scoring and deletion quality while minimizing operational disruptions. Rapid processing times enhance glass load efficiency, optimize motor acceleration, and maximize glass throughput, achieving exceptional per unit time. The new stationary belt drive system's unique low-backlash design ensures high precision, speed, and acceleration with minimal maintenance. The true servo drive of GED’s patented deletion head, a direct drive system, eliminates slipping by removing coupling components, improving edge deletion quality, extending deletion wheel service life, and reducing maintenance needs.
The short cutting-head travel path automatically adjusts based on glass stock thickness, reducing non-value-added runtime, and increasing throughput. Powered by GED Software with on-screen diagnostics and ethernet connectivity, the system has a single I/O cable connecting the control cabin to machine peripherals. This enables quick fault detection and remote diagnostics. The easily accessible cutting fluid reservoir, mounted to the bottom of the cutting table, can be refilled in minutes, ensuring maximum score quality, preventing unplanned downtime, and eliminating leaks.
The HEPA vacuum filter, with a replaceable air filter, clears irritable glass particles from the air. A filter change indicator ensures a safe work environment, meeting and exceeding air quality regulations. Seamless integration with GED Software allows the machine to connect to WinIG to extract batch and cut file information without additional software setup, reducing data maintenance with new stock introduction.
Additionally, the CleanCut Family of cutting tables seamlessly integrates with the glass cullet system. Available in 3 configurations, the glass cullet system provides glass fragmentation, low noise operatio, and minimizes safety risks.

Glass scanner
Viprotron is proud to present its latest innovation, the Temper Scanner 5D. The company’s strong focus on defect detection in insulating glass has steadily expanded over the years to include cutting, fabrication, lamination and finally tempering. Viprotron’s highly advanced and very precise technology for detecting roller wave and edge kink distortions will enhance its award-winning anisotropy and haze scanner by adding them together in one system. There are a total of five functions—roller wave/edge kink, anisotropy, haze, brightfield and reflection channel for optical defects—which are available in one complete package, a first in the industry. And, they can be installed as individual scanners, or combined in any configuration as one scanner to suit the needs of clients. Booth #3041.
