Thermplastic spacer line
The Lisec TPA is a fully automatic system for applying thermoplastic spacers directly to the glass sheet. It allows the highest flexibility by seamlessly switching between different dimensions of the glass. The stepless width adjustment allows switching between different spacer widths without the requirement for a waiting time. The thermoplastic spacer system provides a warm edge in the insulating glass due to its high thermal insulation. Operation of the insulating glass line is greatly simplified by eliminating conventional frame production. Rather than requiring numerous consumables such as bar material, desiccant and butyl, the system only requires the thermoplastic material in the form of a drum. Booth #2831.

Fully automatic equipment integrates glass washing, drying, spacer application, assembly, panel pressing, argon inflation and IGU output. The vertical structure occupies less space and has high glass-processing efficiency, very suitable for jumbo glass processing. Other features include PLC control and touch-screen operation. The double press station can process glass with a maximum size of 3,300 by 6,000 millimeters; bigger sizes such as 3,300 by 9,000 millimeters can be customized. Booth #1042.

Vertical CNC machine
