Tempering furnace

Vision 900 is the super innovative tempering furnace for flat glass. Vertical Automatic IG Production

This is necessary equipment for producing jumbo-size insulating glass units with aluminum spacers. Fully automatic equipment integrates glass washing, drying, spacer application, assembly, panel pressing, argon inflation and IGU output. The vertical structure occupies less space and has high glass-processing efficiency, very suitable for jumbo glass processing. Other features include PLC control and touch-screen operation. The double press station can process glass with a maximum size of 3,300 by 6,000 millimeters; bigger sizes such as 3,300 by 9,000 millimeters  can be customized. Booth #1042.

This vertical CNC machine offers the advantage of integrated opposing drilling, and reduced overall dimensions, along with standard horizontal CNC machining capabilities. It turns glass coming from the cutting table into finished product, handling all processing steps without need for operator intervention. This zero-set-up machine has 100% uptime with its optional continuous “flow” configuration and is capable of edging, notching, countersinking and optional polishing.
