Polisher

The TLR 11 PC H60, a fully automatic 11-wheel flat polisher, is equipped with an A-WR System, diamond and resin wheels automatic presetting plus polishing wheels automatic wear recovery, and i-AL: automatic adjustment of the machine’s parameters based on the glass thickness. The polisher also features a motorized adjustable infeed conveyor, digital ammeters and an automatic alert system for the polishing wheels wear, as well as teleservice. Booth #239.

Features include a pneumatic tilting working table: +90/0/-90 degrees, and intermediate angles are obtained by mechanical stops; optional CNC-controlled electronic rotation is available upon request. Spindle speed adjustment from 2,800 to 18,000 revolutions per minute is controlled by a frequency inverter. Booth #3943.
